Download Eisko’s free rigged 3D male character ‘FreakyHoody’

Digital doubles firm Eisko has released a free rigged 3D male human character.

The asset is based on 3D scan data of Sylvain Helaine, the French model and comedian who bills himself as the “world’s most tattooed school teacher”.

It isn’t licensed for commercial use, but it comes as an Unreal Engine project with 8K PBR textures and a MetaHuman rig, so it’s well suited to use in R&D work or demo material.

The model is a 20-million-polygon mesh optimised for real-time rendering, and comes with 8K PBR texture maps, including diffuse, specular, normal, displacement, gloss and roughness.

It is has a MetaHuman character rig, compatible with Maya and Unreal Engine 5, including facial wrinkle maps.

Licence and system requirements
The FreakyHoody asset is compatible with Unreal Engine 5.2. It is available to download for free from Eisko’s website. You need to supply your email address to download the files.

The asset is provided under a Creative Commons licence for non-commercial use.
