Download over 150 free 10K HDRIs from HDRMAPS
The HDRIs are suitable for use in a range of CG tasks, including rendering portfolio material, architectural visualization, motion graphics and visual effects work.
Get over 150 high-quality HDRIs in a range of resolutions, without having to register
We’ve covered HDRMAPS’ free HDRIs before, but there have been a number of recent changes that we thought warranted a new story.
The first is simply that the number of free resources available has grown: there are now over 150 HDRIs available, plus a few free 3D scans of stones and wood.
The second is that you can now download the HDRIs at a range of resolutions, from 1,024 x 512px up to 10,000 x 5,000px, so you can trade image quality against file size.
And the third is that you no longer need to register for an account on the website and add the files to your shopping cart: you can download them directly, without registering.
For Blender users, this free add-on makes it possible to download all of the files at once.
The HDRIs, which are provided in EXR format, are largely exteriors and HDRI skies, plus a smaller number of interiors, shot under a wide range of lighting conditions.
Find more commercial HDRIs and resources on the website
HDRMAPS also has a range of commercial HDRI files available for purchase, either individually or in bundle deals, plus HDR sky domes and video footage.
Licensing and system requirements
HDRMAPS’ free HDRIs are provided in EXR format, so they should be compatible with most modern CG applications, including 3ds Max, Blender, Cinema 4D, Houdini, Maya and UE5.
They are available under a CC BY 4.0 license, which permits use in commercial projects.
