ftrack rolls out Nuke Studio integration in ftrack 3.2

ftrack has added integration with Nuke Studio, The Foundry’s new VFX, editorial and finishing software, to ftrack, its eponymous cloud-based production-tracking and asset-management system.

Set up ftrack projects directly within Nuke Studio
According to ftrack, the integration enables users to set up their ftrack project directly from inside Nuke Studio, then pick their workflow and tag shots with appropriate tasks.

They can also publish plates with proxies, review movies, and communicate with other users via real-time chat.

New in ftrack 3.2: custom user workflows, new API
Nuke Studio integration was announced at NAB 2015 earlier this year, and originally planned for ftrack 3.2.

ftrack 3.2 itself, which was released last month, also features support for new custom user workflows, and a new, more comprehensive open-source API for customisation and pipeline integration.

Pricing and availability
ftrack 3.2 is out now. It costs $20/user/month for an annual subscription; $25/user/month if you pay monthly.
