Visit Gnomon’s free 2020 Student Gallery Show

The Nothing King by Jared Fischler: one of the amazing CG images from current and recent students at Hollywood’s Gnomon school on show at the free 2020 Gnomon Student Gallery exhibition this spring.

If you’re in Hollywood this spring, don’t miss the chance to see new artwork from the CG industry’s rising stars at the 2020 Gnomon Student Gallery show.

The free exhibition, which opens on 22 February 2020, brings together new work by students and recent graduates of leading international CG school Gnomon.

The best new student artwork by one of the world’s leading CG schools
Voted world’s best VFX school three years running at the Rookies awards, and School of the Year at its predecessor, the international CG Student Awards, Gnomon turns out some of the best artists in the industry.

Curated by school founder Alex Alvarez, the exhibition showcases the work of its current and recent students, from both Gnomon’s full-time programs and individual courses.

You can see more recent Gnomon student work, including creature design, environment art, character animation and effects, at the school’s online gallery for its Best of Term awards.

Opens on 22 February 2020, then free to attend until the summer
The 2020 Gnomon Student Gallery show is free to the public, and runs at the Gnomon Gallery from 22 February 2020 throughout spring. The gallery is open from 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday.

The opening reception for the show, which takes place from 8:00-10:30pm on Saturday 22 February 2020, is also free to attend, although you’ll need to register online in advance.

Refreshments will be provided, and the event offers a chance to meet Gnomon students, alumni and staff.
