Get 165 3D assets for creating a warehouse in Unreal Engine

Epic Games has made a set of 165 high-quality assets for creating a modern warehouse environment available to download for free from Fab, its new online marketplace.

Scanned asset library ScansMatter‘s modular Warehouse Environment asset pack is part of the latest set of time-limited free content released on Fab, and will be free until 26 August 2025.

The Warehouse Environment pack consists of 165 modular 3D assets for creating a modern warehouse environment: both the exterior of the building and its internal racking.

There are also plenty of objects being stored on that racking – pallets, boxes and drums – and props and environment objects like forklifts and hand carts.

The assets are intended primarily for high-end games, cinematics or VFX projects, so they are optimized for Unreal Engine’s Nanite geometry streaming system.

Each comes with PBR textures at up to 4,096 x 4,096px resolution.

The assets come assembled into a readymade environment that makes use of Lumen for lighting: you can find more details in the technical documentation.

System requirements and availability
The Warehouse Environment asset pack is available as an asset package for Unreal Engine 5.1+ under a Fab Standard license.

The terms of the Fab Standard license permit content to be used in “any engine or tool”, including for commercial projects, subject to the restrictions set out in the Fab EULA.
