See EDI’s high-octane VFX breakdown for Motorvalley

Italian VFX studio EDI Efetti Digitali Italiani just shared its VFX breakdown for Netflix motor racing drama Motorvalley.

EDI says that it features a range of approaches, “from compositing to full 3D, including virtual studios and green screens, along with 3D scanning of the featured cars”.

It also features quite a range of other effects, including flythroughs of engines, tyre smoke and dirt simulation, and some spectacular driving on the roof of a ruined industrial building.
