Get 650+ free assets for building dungeons in Blender and UE5

Epic Games has made a set of over 650 modular assets for creating a stylized dungeon environment available to download for free from Fab, its new online marketplace.

Game art firm Tidal Flask Studios‘ asset pack Fantastic – Dungeon Pack asset pack is part of the latest set of time-limited free content released on Fab, and will be free until 21 April 2026.

The assets, which include modular architectural parts for building the dungeon itself, and props for set dressing, is available for Blender, Unity, Unreal Engine and in FBX format.

Over 650 modular 3D assets for creating stylized dungeons for games and animations
The Fantastic – Dungeon Pack contains 3D assets for creating a stylized dungeon, including modular architectural parts, furniture, crates, and props like potions, books and candles.

The exact number varies between versions of the pack: the Unreal Engine asset bundle has 689 unique meshes, while the Blender edition goes as high as 1,003.

They’re lightweight low-poly assets, so they don’t come with LODs, and texture maps go up to 2,048 x 2,048px resolution.

The Unity and Unreal Engine versions also come with stylized VFX assets, including fire, steam, fog, particles and God rays.

System requirements and availability
The Fantastic – Dungeon Pack is compatible with Blender, Unity 2019+ and Unreal Engine 4.22+/5.0+.

The assets are also available in FBX format, for use in other DCC applications like 3ds Max, Cinema 4D, Houdini and Maya.

The terms of the Fab Standard license permit content to be used in “any engine or tool”, including for commercial projects, subject to the restrictions set out in the Fab EULA.
