Till Nowak’s portfolio spans set designs for Aardman Animations’ animated feature Arthur Christmas, music promos, idents, and a range of thought-provoking personal art experiments.
Having recently completed work as a concept artist at Marvel Studios, Nowak will discuss how unconventional techniques speed up work in movie art departments, where visual results matter more than the process used.
In the talk, Nowak will discuss his signature workflows, using camera-mapping and match-moving to create hybrid worlds, providing practical and creative inspiration for artists working on a wide range of other projects.
