Insydium has posted its 2019 showreel for X-Particles, its Cinema 4D particle and physics system.
Unlike most of the software reels we feature in this section of CG Channel, it isn’t a client showreel: it’s a set of tech demos created by Insydium in X-Particles and rendered in its Cycles 4D render engine.
However, it is a good illustration of the range of effects that X-Particles can create, both realistic and semi-abstract – and a lot of fun to watch. A shorter ‘design montage‘ reel covers some of the same ground.
