Get 110+ modular dungeon assets and props for Unreal Engine

Epic Games has made a set of 117 assets for creating a fantasy-style medieval dungeon environment available to download for free from Fab, its new online marketplace.

Games artist Howard Coates‘ Modular Dungeon Collection is part of the latest set of time-limited free content released on Fab, and will be free until 20 May 2025.

The Modular Dungeon Collection is a set of assets for building a fantasy dungeon environment, although many could double for a more general-purpose interior, like a castle or crypt.

It comprises 117 unique meshes: 67 modular assets for the dungeon itself, including walls, stairs and floors, plus 50 props like chests and shelves – and even a physics-rigged skeleton.

Each has four LODs, and come with materials with textures up to 4,096 x 4,096px resolution. The assets were created in Blender and textured with Substance 3D Painter.

System requirements and availability
The Modular Dungeon Collection is available as an asset package for Unreal Engine 5.0+ under a Fab Standard license.

The terms of the Fab Standard license permit content to be used in “any engine or tool”, including for commercial projects, subject to the restrictions set out in the Fab EULA.
