Eye candy: the new Fracture FX client reel
Pyrat FX has posted its latest customer reel for Fracture FX, its demolition plugin for Maya, showcasing the best recent ads, cinematics and episodic broadcast projects created with the software.
The range of clients isn’t as great as on some of the software reels we feature – Zoic Studios, The Mill and Stargate Studios contribute the lion’s share of the work – but it’s all impressive work.
And, perhaps more to the point, it’s curiously therapeutic just to sit batch and watch things implode, collapse – or, in extreme cases, spontaneously combust – for a few minutes.
