Alex Roman at work on book of The Third & The Seventh

Alex Roman is to release a book version of his cult architectural animation The Third & The Seventh.

3ds Max founder Gary Yost described the 2010 short as a landmark in the software’s history, describing it as “an absolute vindication of all the work we put in”.

According to a message on the homepage of Roman’s website, preorders start in Autumn 2012. The site lists an email address that anyone interested in buying the book can contact – but as yet, no more information.
