PD Howler’s 3D lighting filter in action. The new PD Artist 2 contains all the new features of its bigger sibling designed for artists working on still images, but lacks those for animation or video post work.
The Project Dogwaffle team has released a cut-down version of its PD Howler digital painting package, aimed at users working on still images.
PD Artist 2 removes the timeline, exposure sheet and brush keyframer from PD Howler, along with other features designed for animation or post work – and halves the price from $159 to $79.
