Eye candy: A Morning Stroll

We have to be honest: we probably wouldn’t be featuring this if it wasn’t such a slow news day.

It isn’t that A Morning Stroll lacks pedigree: it’s directed by the estimable Grant Orchard, from the equally estimable Studio aka. And the source material is strong: Paul Auster’s True Tales of American Life.

Plus, the way it flicks from animatic to full render for the payoff shot is cool.

The problem? It’s just so damn short.

Still, roll on the release of the animation itself, eh? It’s due to premiere at Annecy this summer.
