Download Jaakko Saari’s free fabric generator

3D modeller Jaakko Saari has released a free fabric generator, enabling users to create realistic-looking virtual cloth in Substance Designer and Substance Painter.

The set-up enables users to create a custom weave pattern, with adjustable levels of random variation in the fabric structure. You can see the workflow in the video above.

Availability and system requirements
Fabric Generator 1.0 is free. It is compatible with the current versions of Substance Designer and Painter.
