Eye candy: Next Limit’s new RealFlow demo reel
Next Limit is the latest company to have made its Siggraph demo reels available on YouTube.
The current Maxwell Render reel is impressive, but a lot of it is invisible effects – so for sheer entertainment value, we thought we’d go for RealFlow, the new version of which was released just before the show.
Expect a lot of great work from commercials that use the fluid simulator, plus sequences from The Chronicles of Narnia: The Voyage of the Dawn Treader, and Batman looking broody in the rain. The poor love.
