Eye candy: new Assassin’s Creed Revelations trailer

The latest instalment in the Assassin’s Creed series looks almost good enough to eat in its new trailer, thanks to Digic Pictures‘ luscious CG.

From the early shot of the boat cutting through a stormy sea to the sullen glow of the sunset environments, the three-minute video reminds you just why the Hungarian studio is the world leader in cinematics work.

After all that visual spectacle, the plot of the game itself seems almost incidental, but there are some beautifully choreographed fight scenes and a (literal) cliff-hanger ending. The facial work is of Digic’s usual standard too.
