Unity Technologies has released its GDC 2015 Highlight Reel, showcasing the range of games being created with its Unity game engine – and the range of platforms they are being created for.
Compared to the Unreal Engine GDC Sizzle Reel, also released today, this is a much more indie-centric affair, and features a lot of PC and mobile titles.
It’s also a reminder of just how high-gloss modern iOS and Android titles can look, notable examples being Square Enix’s Mevius Final Fantasy and Hammerfall Publishing’s Warhammer 40,000: Regicide.
But as well as the more photorealistic work on display, there are some more traditionally – and attractively – stylised indie titles, like Moon Studios’ Ori and the Blind Forest and Campo Santo’s gorgeous Firewatch.
