Epic Games has released another video in its series exploring the feature set of Unreal Engine 4: this one looking at how the visual effects in its recent Infiltrator tech demo were created.
In it, senior FX artist Tim Elek explores how muzzle flash effects were created, exploring the particle simulation techniques required, including dynamic particle lights.
