Video interview with creature designer Terryl Whitlatch. One of the top creature designers in the film industry known for her work on Star Wars, Men In Black, and the ‘WIldlife of Star Wars’ book.

Terryl Whitlatch is considered to be one of the top creature designers and animal anatomists working in the field today. In a career spanning over 25 years, Terryl has many projects to her credit, including Star Wars: The Phantom Menace, Jumanji 1 and 2, Men in Black, Brother Bear,Dragonheart, Alvin and the Chipmunks, Curious George, The Polar Express, The Princess of Mars,Zafari, Beowulf, Pixar’s Bear and the Bow, and Disney’s King of the ElveseBe sure and check out her new creature DVDs from The Gnomon Workshop.

    This interview is great, and Terryl Whitlatch’s art is amazing. Truly. Her imagination and depth of realism even in the design of fictional creatures is a beautiful work of art all of it’s own. Dunno what else to say, I’m kinda stunned…
