Video: ZSpheres for Max?

Monday, June 6th, 2011 | Posted by Jim Thacker

Subdivision Reversion author Marius Silaghi is working on a script to add ZSphere modelling to 3ds Max.

A teaser video on YouTube shows Silgahi creating a very ZBrush-like armature for a character within Max inside two minutes.

No more details as yet, but we thought it was worth posting for the idea alone.

Hat tip to Max Underground for spotting this one.

Meh, like everything Autodesk does it’s either done well because it was bought or done really half assed because it was developed in-house. I’m not holding my breath on this one. I think I’ll stick with Zbrush.

It’s still at the very early stages, from the looks of things. Just thought it was quite neat, particularly since it’s being developed by one guy on his own.
