Eye candy: effective new Resident Evil teaser

The new Resident Evil trailer holds off the zombies until the very end – but the result looks all the better for it.

The fully rendered teaser for Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City, which leaked online just before E3, features a gang of biosuited operatives dealing with a little virus outbreak.

The artists make good use of contrast, with the blue glow of visors and night sights floating eerily in the darkness… and then, of course, there are those zombies.

The game itself is being co-developed by Slant Six Games and Capcom and takes place between the events of Resident Evil 2 and 3.
