Twinmotion team announce real-time rendering contest

The developers of real-time architectural rendering tool Twinmotion have announced an online art contest.

Entrants are asked to design “an observation center in an urban or natural setting difficult to inhabit by man” (underwater or outer space don’t count, apparently) and submit a series of still renders of the results.

You can use any 3D app you like to create the assets, but the rendering should be done in Twinmotion (natch), and the workflow should take into account the constraints of a real-time environment.

Three lucky winners will receive a copy of the software, plus – in descending order – a Dell Precision M4600 laptop, an Nvidia Quadro 5000 graphics card, or an ATI FirePro V5800 card.

And yes, you can use the demo version of the software for the work. The closing date is 18 April.
