3DTin: create 3D pixel art in your web browser

You know it’s been a bit of a slow news week when you find yourself posting links to browser apps, but 3DTin is a remarkably fun way to kill some down time at work.

Created by programmer Jayesh Salvi, the site is described as a 3D model editor, but it’s more a way of creating pixel art in 3D – although it does offer support for subdivision levels, a mirror function and the option to export the geometry in STL or OBJ formats.

Thanks to Max Underground for the tip.
