Cinema 4D users will soon be able to use mental images’ mental ray and iray render engines, thanks to a new third-party plug-in.
Developer at²’s m4d enables users to employ either render engine within Cinema 4D R11 or R12 – an impressive achievement, given that neither Maya nor Softimage features iray yet.
The developer has just made the add-on available for pre-order, price €980 (around $1,340).
