Underwater Aliens

Lets design an alien creature of character that comes from an aquatic world. they can be amphibian or entirely water dwelling. The door is wide open on this – have fun and be daring with your designs. Don’t be married to humanoid silhouettes – you can break this rule and try to find unique and compelling character shapes.

The final piece can be a grayscale design maquette showing the character in full rotation. It is encouraged to explore color variations since aquatic patterning is so striking but it is not required. You may elect to focus entirely on the design, form and details.
