One of the HD stock video clips available under a Creative Commons licence from new online community Videezy.
The Eezy Network has launched Videezy: a new online community for sharing open-source stock video footage.
All of the material uploaded to the site is HD resolution, and shared under a Creative Commons licence, making it a kind of video-only equivalent of Wikimedia Commons.
Footage is arranged in 21 categories, including such VFX and B-roll staples as Fire and Smoke, Archive Footage and Timelapse, or you can search by keyword tags.
Videezy has only been running a couple of weeks, so the library isn’t huge, but that’s likely to change quickly: its sister sites, Brusheezy and Vecteezy (Photoshop brushes and vector art) attract over a million visitors a month.
