Post Global Warming
A few years from now…
The polar ice caps, as we know them have melted putting the entire planet under water. Your task is to find either a created 3D environment, still photo or video (with a locked camera… moving/tracked camera is optional) of a major city in the world and create the effect that it is under water. The main effects should be the ware and tear of the buildings and destruction that has become over the years of being underwater, fish swimming through the city, and of course bubbles and debris floating around. It might also be a good idea to see the erosion of the building.
