Discover how an Oscar-winning Disney director created his first VR short
Created for Google’s Spotlight Stories program, the 360-degree short takes place inside a car, the action following a girl and her father as they criss-cross the country chasing their dreams.

The animation – produced in collaboration with Evil Eye Pictures – may remind some viewers of Osborne’s best-known work: Feast, Disney’s Oscar-winning short, which he also directed.

During the Gnomon talk, Osborne will compare his experiences on Pearl with his previous work at Disney, where he worked on movies including Bolt, Tangled, and Wreck-It Ralph.
