Download DDO for free
We covered this in our story on the new Quixel Suite, but there’s a lot of other info there, so it bears repeating.
Quixel has made DDO, its Photoshop toolset for automating common games texturing tasks available for free. The free version “will have limited support but will still be updated as per your needs”.
Existing users will get a free upgrade to a new, “reimagined” version of DDO when it is released as part of the new Quixel Suite product bundle later this year.
DDO is compatible with Photoshop CS3 and above, including both Extended and Standard editions, and runs on Windows XP, Vista, 7 and 8. It previously cost $499.
