The Gnomon School of Visual Effects has teamed up with AnatomyTools.com for a new five-day workshop on Mastering Human Anatomy in ZBrush, taught by ILM’s Kris Costa and VFX veteran Andrew Cawrse.

Attendees will have the opportunity to draw and sculpt from a live model side by side with the two instructors, along with demonstrations and step-by-step exercises to demystify anatomy.

The first two days of the course cover the anatomy of the torso; the middle two days, the anatomy of the shoulders, limbs, hands and feet; and the final day, the anatomy of the human head.

Mastering Human Anatomy in ZBrush takes places at the Gnomon School of Visual Effects’ Hollywood HQ from Wednesday 2 to Sunday 6 April 2014. It costs $1,100 for five eight-hour sessions.
