Video: water effects in Unreal Engine 4

Epic Games has posted another video in its Inside Unreal series exploring how the FX for its Infiltrator tech demo were created in Unreal Engine 4.

The start of the footage revisits ground covered in previous videos: particle simulation and collision. Things get more interesting at 03:30, when the demo moves on to some nice, if rather viscous-looking, water.

The end of the video (from around 06:00) also shows the vector field used to control the particle-based haze system used in Infiltrator, and the new lit translucency effect.
