Eye candy: The Hobbit trailer #2

The second trailer for Peter Jackson’s fantasy epic The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey has finally hit the web! I’m still not sure it was completely necessary to turn this into a trilogy, but judging from this second trailer for the first instalment, it seems Peter Jackson has hit the mark yet again.

I’m a huge fan of BBC’s Sherlock and can’t wait to see what Martin Freeman will do with the role of Bilbo Baggins. Not to mention what Benedict Cumberbatch will bring to the roles of the Necromancer and the Dragon Smaug, both of which he will be voicing.  The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey is set for release on December 14th 2012.
