Anzovin Studio demos new Maya breakdown tool

Anzovin Studio has announced a new Maya plugin for creating animation breakdowns based on quaternions, not Euler angles, eliminating issues with existing pose-to-pose workflow in the software, like gimbal lock.

As yet, there is no information about the tool on the developer’s website, so the YouTube video above is the only chance to see it in action.

According to a post by Raf Anzovin on CG Talk, the tool will be released within the next month, and will cost $29.
