See Arconyx’s Kenny Roy animate live for six hours
Kenny Roy’s original 24-hour animation stream. The Animation Mentor mentor will be animating along to the current 11 Second Club contest audio file for six hours today. You can watch the stream on his website.
A couple of months ago, former Weta animator Kenny Roy, owner of Arconyx Animation Studios and a mentor at Animation Mentor, streamed a 24-hour animation marathon to raise funds for his short, The Little Painter.
The response was so positive, he has now decided to make the streams a regular fixture of his site.
You can catch the first of them today – that’s Wednesday 23 May – starting at noon PDT. Kenny will be taking the audio file from the current 11 Second Club contest and animating to it live for six hours.
To watch the stream, you will need to be registered on the site, but a 30-day trial is free. You can also download the full 24 hours of video from the original stream via the link below.
