I got into Carrara when Eovia gave away version 2 – and I upgraded once since then. I hope to upgrade again in the future. I have used it for several pro graphic / illustration jobs. Similarly Xara got me hooked on Xtreme / Photo & Graphic Designer. They got me by selling old versions at a discount. No I can’t live without Xara and will upgrade when I can. Bringing people in this way works.
