Tron: Legacy was awesome film. It had some great VFX, musical score by Daft Pank, great costume design, great art directing but the movie was nominated to none of those categories, but instead it was nominated for sounds editing – What a joke. Thats all what academy awards is – big joke. Another disappointing year from academy awards. The best year was when Lord of the Rings won 11 oscars.

Actually I would argue Scott Pilgrim and Tron:: Legacy were not only the best visual films of 2010 but some of the best films released that year, Hereafter was just thrown in and It doesn’t even deserve the recognition.

Awesome! TRON is an over-rated piece of s***. Hereafter was stunning work. Among the best of the year. Stop beating up on Hereafter, and look more closely at the crap-tastic TRON to know that it was NOT worthy of an Oscar nom, let alone a win.

Don’t blame Hereafter. I think it was great work. I’d blame Potter or Iron Man 2, either of which should have been booted for Tron.
