Great new site I like the idea of introducing more videos. In my opinion it would also be good and important to talk about some deep issues in the VFX industry as mentioned in the “open letter to James Cameron”. It became a podcast that fxguide.com host. I think this is not on courageous from them, but it’s also a necessary step forward and hope for the vfx artist around the world. Please help us all by featuring this somewhere on your site. Thanks ! keep up the good work !

It sounds very good. Personnaly I was looking cgchannel mainly for the 3d applications news and to check the top edge vfx arts. I’m keeping track of the new 3d technologies mainly from here. Nice to see you kept this feature and maybe go deeper in it with kind of hollywood use of software. Thanks CgChannel and Gnomon both big contributors of my learning.

These past few days have been my first encounter with cgchannel and I’m truly fulfilled so far. For the longest time I’ve been searching for a site that could bring me relevant industry news as well as behind the scenes footage of studios with artist interviews and such. So far you guys are doing great. Also impressed with the fact that it works great on my iPhone while other sites lack the feature. Keep it up!

I really like the direction of the new Cgchannel. I have be visiting here since the early 2000’s. I like where you guys are taking it. I like that you are pushing to make ti stand out from the other cg sites. I love Gnomon.

Can we change are user name? I would like it to reflect the current user name I use.
